Project Description: K3 Complete performed site clearing activities related to a 120 acre parcel from a former rail yard. The site clearing activities included clearing & grubbing all underbrush and ground vegetation and clear cutting all large trees covering approximately 80 acres; the collection and removal of an estimated 3,000 drums; the collection, loading and off site recycling of approximately 2,000 tons of concrete; the collection, cutting and loading for off-site recycling of scrap steel; and site restoration to include seeding and mulching approximately 60 acres.
Project Duration: The project started in February 2018 through January 2019
Project Cost: The total project construction cost was approximately $870,000.
